Who actually supplies UW's energy, broadband and mobile?

UW buys wholesale from major networks and resells under its own name. Energy comes through E.ON, broadband runs on Openreach and CityFibre, and mobile uses the EE network. UW holds its own Ofgem supply licence, so it's the supplier on your bill.

Evidence

UW names E.ON as its energy partner, Openreach and CityFibre (via PXC) for broadband, and EE for mobile. It doesn't own any network infrastructure itself, which means you get the same cables and signal as the big names, on one bill.
