How much do UW partners actually earn?
It varies widely, and UW doesn't publish an average across all partners. Its most recent figure covers only partners who signed up a customer or team member that month: they averaged £460–£510 the following month, based on early-2023 data. Partners with no new sign-ups that month earn only residual income, which UW itself says starts small.
Evidence
UW says "you get out what you put in" and that partners must declare their own income. Its June 2026 survey found 86% of partners who responded said earning flexibly had improved their quality of life — a satisfaction measure, not an income one. I won't promise you an income figure.
