Is Utility Warehouse legitimate and regulated?
Yes. UW is a licensed energy supplier regulated by Ofgem, its telecoms are regulated by Ofcom, and it's authorised by the FCA as an insurance broker. Its parent company publishes audited results as a listed company.

In 2025, UW was named a Which? Recommended Provider for both energy and broadband — the first company to hold both at once. It also won Uswitch's Best Value for Money energy award and reports an "Excellent" Trustpilot rating.
